1. Introduction
Welcome to Signed Stuff UK. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they protect both you, as a collector, and us, as a trusted memorabilia retailer.
We specialise in framed, authenticated signed items. Each item is supplied with either an authentication certificate or photographic proof, unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering and Acceptance
1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Signed Stuff UK.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, damaged, or for other legitimate reasons.
3. Once your order is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email with order details. This email does not constitute acceptance until payment is received and processed.
4. Pricing and Payment
1. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
2. We accept payment via the following trusted provider: Woopayments
3. Payment is taken at the point of purchase. Your card or account will not be charged until the order is accepted.
4. We do not store full card details on our servers; all payments are processed securely by the respective providers.
5. Authentication & Collector Guarantee
1. Every item sold is either accompanied by:
* An official authentication certificate, or
* Photographic proof of the signing
2. We guarantee authenticity to the best of our knowledge.
3. Any disputes regarding authenticity must be raised within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by supporting evidence.
4. Items are sold as collector’s pieces, not for commercial resale or investment guarantees.
Important: While we verify authenticity rigorously, ultimate collector responsibility lies with the buyer.
6. Delivery
1. All items are framed and carefully packaged to prevent damage.
2. We ship to the UK only. International shipping may be added later.
3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we aim to dispatch within 5–7 working days.
4. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect items immediately.
5. Signed Stuff UK is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling after delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
1. You have a 14-day right to cancel a standard purchase from the date of delivery, per UK consumer law.
2. For framed or customised items, the right to cancel may be limited if the item is personalised or has been damaged in return.
3. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Limitation of Liability
1. Signed Stuff UK takes all reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality framed items.
2. We are not liable for:
* Collector disputes unrelated to authenticity
* Minor cosmetic variations in framing or signatures
* Shipping delays outside our control
3. Our liability for defective items is limited to the purchase price of the item.
9. Intellectual Property
1. All images, logos, and content on the website are owned by Signed Stuff UK or licensed to us.
2. You may view, print, and download content for personal use only.
3. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of images, product photos, or content is prohibited without written permission.
