1. Our Commitment to Authenticity

At Signed Stuff UK, every item is carefully selected and verified. We guarantee that:

1. Each signed item we sell is authentic to the best of our knowledge.

2. Every item comes with either:

* An official authentication certificate, or

* Photographic proof of the signing.

3. All authentication documentation is provided at the time of purchase.

Our goal is to give collectors confidence and peace of mind when acquiring signed memorabilia.

2. Collector Responsibilities

1. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully upon receipt.

2. All claims regarding authenticity must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with supporting evidence if requested.

3. Once an item is delivered in good condition and accepted by the buyer, it is assumed to be satisfactory unless a valid dispute is raised promptly.

3. Limitations of the Guarantee

While we take every precaution to ensure authenticity:

1. Signed Stuff UK cannot guarantee future investment value or resale price.

2. Minor variations in signatures, ink, or framing are natural and do not affect authenticity.

3. This guarantee does not extend to items sold without authentication or photographic proof — these will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

4. In rare cases where authenticity is disputed, Signed Stuff UK may require professional evaluation; any refunds or returns will be subject to verification of the claim.

4. Liability

1. Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

2. Signed Stuff UK is not liable for indirect losses, including collector expectation of value, enjoyment, or resale profits.

3. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Trust & Transparency

We aim to foster a trusted collector community. All items are documented, and any limitations or special notes (e.g. partial signatures, reproductions, or unique framing variations) are disclosed clearly at the time of sale.
